Centuriate and tribal assemblies were two different types of popular assemblies in ancient Rome used for voting and decision-making. The tribal assembly, on the other hand, was organized by geographical regions and was responsible for electing certain magistrates and passing laws related to domestic affairs. Both assemblies played important roles in the Roman political system and allowed citizens to participate in the governance of the Republic. **
